We couldn’t resist sharing this great infographic from Constant Contact, summarising the change in small businesses’ adoption of social media. It’s great to see the adoption rates continuing to rise, although the last statistic is something of a concern – 40% of businesses admit to not responding to negative comments on social media.
Based on our own observations, some of the other 60% are being generous to themselves, but even taking the 40% at face value means a large proportion are putting their hands over their ears and singing when faced with an opportunity to improve that customer relationship!
